Hi All and the entire West Pacific Staff,

We are very thankful for your excellent service and especially managing to get Billy out here this week so we could finish the project.  Most importantly we got most of the materials and are now able to finish up the balance of the work which we will do this week.  It is so great to see the house project come to an end before we travel back home this weekend.  All this would not have been possible without the help and support of every member at West Pacific Cabinets. 

 Steve and Cindy it would so wonderful to meet you in person.  Next time we are passing by Sacramento will make it a point and come and say hello but we are hoping we can have the opportunity to host you for Lunch or Dinner when you are in town next time.  Your ethics and working style is what we appreciate most and something that aligns with the values we live by as well.   This relationship started with making some kitchen cabinets but has turned into one of strong friendship and ever lasting bond.  We truly hope to personally meet you soon and are grateful for all your help and support.

" Since I just learned about YELP, I felt it was important to let people know about my past experience with this company.  In April 2006, we started a home in Dutch Flat.  As construction goes, the project was delayed for several months.  Steve Dietz worked with us through our many delays.  I worked with Steve Dietz to draw plans for our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area and bar area.  I was able to describe what I wanted and Steve made suggestions.  We installed Knotty Alder in our house.  The cabinets were built to plans and installed.  There were a couple of minor problems with the cabinets but they were fixed immediately.  West Pacific Cabinets was easy to work with, did what they said they would do at the price they quoted.  In December 2011, I had them build and install an entertainment cabinet and bathroom cabinet in our newly purchased condo.  Again, they met our expectations and did the job they said they would do.  We had a mix-up on the paint stain that was done to the cabinet so I would suggest direct communication with the painter.  In the end, the project was successfully completed and we are happy with the results.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your cabinet needs." - Trudy W.

 

"We had West Pacific Cabinets design, build, and install cabinets for our home office.  Steve and his crew were professional and courteous.  They always met their deadlines and showed up when they told us they would.  While designing the office Steve gave us ideas that we never would have thought of.  His 30 years in the cabinet industry  made our office functional as well as aesthetically pleasing.  Our office cabinets were made of solid wood, beautifully stained and had quality hinges and file drawer hardware durable enough to handle the heavy volume of files we have.  No sagging shelves or rough runner on the drawers and cabinets.  The work was professionally done and the price was very fair for the finished product.  You may pay a little extra for quality, but it is worth it in something that you are going to have for many years to come.  We recently sold that house and have purchased another.  We will be calling West Pacific Cabinets again to design our new home office as well as a laundry/craft room.  I have recommended Steve and his crew to many of my friends and will continue to do so.  The work they do is beautiful, the workmen are friendly, show up on time, get right to work and clean up after themselves.  They are a first rate business and treat their customers well." - Dee A.
