History

Steve Dietz grew up around cabinets. His father and grandfather had a cabinet shop when he was young. As an adult, he followed in their footsteps and got a job at a cabinet shop. When the owners were ready to sell, Steve was ready to buy. He inherited a crew with over 200 combined years of experience. Since then, the business has continued to grow. West Pacific Cabinets' employees represent decades of experience building and installing fine cabinetry of every style and application.

Although the years have brought many changes in the industry, West Pacific Cabinets still does business the old fashioned way. Every cabinet is a precision project produced by professional craftsmen. Our business has been built on service, craftsmanship and integrity.

Employees

West Pacific Cabinets has many long-time employees like shop foreman Rick Gauger. Rick has over twenty years of experience building and installing cabinets. It takes a long time to learn to do the work right and we value employees who bring that kind of experience to our customers.

George Jackson bring special skills to our shop. George has been with West Pacific Cabinets for two decades and he builds specialty islands and cabinets with radius work, corbels, and trim that is truly art.

Our total crew consists of about twenty employees with specialties and depths of knowledge that let us tackle projects of any kind. We think our employees are our greatest resource and they set us apart from other companies in the industry.
